Our privacy policy is inclusive to both our clients and our vendors. No information is shared to any party outside of the three involved. That being Purchasing Staff, the vendor(s), and the client. Under no circumstances shall the clients information on pricing, monthly fee, product list or contact information be shared, distributed or otherwise disseminated outside of Purchasing Staff. We value our clients and our vendors and believe this trust can only be established through honesty and our dedication to serving each party independantly.
The one exception to this is in court ordered documents or other legal matters: (ie; auditing by govt organisations.)
In the event a client or vendor wishes to have their information shared for reasons such as credit validation, a written request must be made to us and will be kept on file. It will not allow us to share information with anyone else, and if it is needed a second time, a second request must be made in writting. Ad naseum.
