Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy works much the same as it normally would. We figure out what is best for each client and vendor, tending to the clients needs and wishes and have all product delivered. As with any shipping policy, all late items will be disputed with the vendor(s)and gives us "ammo" to further negotiations with vendors. While we never come into contact with products, we do feel a certain "ownership" over them as would any employee as a buyer. That being, we take a personal view of product and how it is being handled by the vendors and devised shipping procedure and we always follow through. Virtually hand carrying it through each step in the procurement process. If a product is past due or there has been a shipping error, we notify the vendor to rectify the situation ASAP.
